To assist you with your investment in Rocket Software and our Rocket BlueZone products, we have created a customer portal to assist you with your technical support needs. This online portal is available to you 24/7.

To use this portal, you must be a registered, licensed customer of Rocket BlueZone with a valid user name and password. To access the full benefits associated with our technical support website, please log in to the Rocket Customer Portal located on the main Rocket Software website.

Q. What if I forgot my user ID and password?
A. Select the "Forgot your password?" hyperlink located on the Rocket Customer Portal home page.

Q. What if I don't have a user ID and password?
A. Select the "Need an account?" hyperlink located on the Rocket Customer Portal home page to register. Our support staff generally processes registration requests in less than one business day.

Q. I have questions about the maintenance status of my software licenses.
